Mr. Frascogna’s body of work as a special master led to him being selected as a charter member of the National Academy of Court Appointed Masters, and being appointed to the publications committee of “Appointing Special Masters and Other Judicial Adjuncts.”

Mr. Frascogna notably served as a special master to six circuit court judges in Mississippi to handle Silica and Dioxin mass tort disputes from 2000 – 2006. As part of that service, Mr. Frascogna rendered over 1,000 reports and recommendations ALL of which were adopted by the circuit judges.
